The hotel offered spacious rooms with separate tub and shower, which was a great feature. The gym and indoor pool were also impressive, with modern equipment and ample space for exercise. The location of the hotel was convenient, with a mall across the street and plenty of food options nearby.

The free wifi at the hotel did not always work well, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, there were roadworks nearby, causing traffic jams when getting in and out of town.

The hotel is fairly new and everything feels fresh and pristine. The service and quality of accommodation are excellent, just as you would expect from an international five-star hotel in China. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, with separate tubs and showers. The gym is big, modern, and open 24 hours, and the indoor pool is bright and airy, perfect for doing laps. Across the street from the hotel, there is a local mall and plenty of food options.

The hotel's location is technically in the CBD, but Zhengzhou is a spread-out city, so it's not really central. This might make it slightly inconvenient for exploring the city's tourist attractions.

While not centrally located, it is quite convenient to get around using the new metro. the rooms are spacious with separate showers, toilets, and baths. the electronic shades provide privacy between the bedroom and bathroom areas.

The staff were polite and well-trained, we felt welcomed throughout our stay. The hotel itself was clean, from the super clean rooms and bathrooms to the well-maintained gym and swimming pool facilities. The breakfast at the Executive Lounge was a highlight, offering a great start to our day. our experience at the Hilton was excellent and we highly recommend it.

Large room, marble floors in entrance and bathroom, plenty of towels. Great bed, high and comfortably firm. Nice white sheets. Shower and bathtub, big flatscreen TV with international channels. Good breakfast with plenty of options. Helpful concierge, called private driver for me.
